Completed. In the earlier reference pictures it is pretty clear that the wing material skinning or membrane is a shimmering gold, to match plates, scutes, horns etc. Tried a series of unsharp patterns that interfere slightly at different transparency levels and adjusted them for the most look to being a golden webbing' texture. It would be translucent in bright sunlight.

   By end of year, I should get two or three more newer members to DSC to furnish their characters
for me to draw, and then this art along with the others will be in the December 31 2013/January 1 2014 updated portrait of the Dragon Shadow Council.
